Las tareas abarcan diferentes especies frutales de inter\u00e9s agrario, y permiten obtener datos t\u00e9cnicos rigurosos que posteriormente se ponen a disposici\u00f3n del sector primario y de los programas de conservaci\u00f3n y mejora varietal. <\/p>\n<p>Las actividades se desarrollan tanto en las instalaciones de laboratorio como en coordinaci\u00f3n con los campos de experimentaci\u00f3n y colecciones varietales.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1771246377148{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h3><strong>Caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica de material vegetal<\/strong><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1771244723157{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;]Se realizan descripciones morfol\u00f3gicas de frutos, flores, hojas, semillas, gemas y otros \u00f3rganos vegetales con fines de caracterizaci\u00f3n varietal, identificaci\u00f3n y estudios agron\u00f3micos. Se eval\u00faan par\u00e1metros como dimensiones, peso, forma, caracter\u00edsticas externas e internas, as\u00ed como par\u00e1metros florales. Estas determinaciones son esenciales para la conservaci\u00f3n de recursos fitogen\u00e9ticos y descripci\u00f3n de variedades.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1771246382483{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h3><strong>An\u00e1lisis fisicoqu\u00edmicos y calidad<\/strong><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1771244758733{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;]El laboratorio realiza determinaciones para evaluar la calidad comercial, nutricional y tecnol\u00f3gica de las producciones agrarias, como pH, acidez titulable, s\u00f3lidos solubles, humedad, materia seca, color, compuestos fen\u00f3licos y otros par\u00e1metros espec\u00edficos seg\u00fan el cultivo. Se realizan ensayos de forzado en c\u00e1maras de cultivo con condiciones controladas de temperatura, luz y humedad para analizar la salida de la dormancia y respuesta varietal. Las actividades incluyen la recogida y preparaci\u00f3n de ramas, el forzado en c\u00e1mara, el seguimiento de la brotaci\u00f3n en c\u00e1mara, la medida y pesaje de gemas y la evaluaci\u00f3n de los porcentajes de brotaci\u00f3n y floraci\u00f3n para determinar los requerimientos de fr\u00edo varietales.
